i completely understand. i had to do exactly the same thing. when youre a person whose health is already compromised somehow, eating on any diet that is limiting can be hard. i had the same problem when i was vegetarian, i was constantly anemic, and i also found that adding meat back gave me more energy. its hard to get that much protein from vegetables without eating a HUGE meal.
its more expensive, but i try to eat free-range meat only. that way im at least not supporting inhumane treatment of animals.

I was spending over 70$ a month in order to get things I needed in soyshakes. It's hard to eat right for me period.

I'm failed on the free range thing on several occations in resturants but other than that, I follow it. It's not ideal but at least it's a more human thing I think!!

As always you rock!! <3

i hate you. I wish my stomach were 22 inches and I wish my body stopped gaining at 118!! Bitch...

Not really. :) Anyway, sometimes I think you just have to eat shit and not think about it, wear shit and not think about it. I mean, obviously you don't want to buy something you KNOW has been made in a sweatshop or something like that but if we spent every waking minute worrying about where stuff camef rom or what we were eating, we'd all die of stress.

I worry so much about things, important thing but things that stress me out and I cannot do much or anything about.

Maybe someday I'll be strong enough to save the world. Right now, I'm just saving meself. <3

I could make a comment about the implied double-meaning in the above, but that would be in bad taste so I won't :P

Now you know how I feel, sorta? Out of nowhere I decided to become a vegetarian when I was 5. I wouldn't touch meat since. and my diet is horrible. All I practically eat are toast, pasta, candy.. cokes.. ect. and add 11 years onto that? I feel like I'm not going to live to see 30 lol. I still no matter what can't bring myself to eat meat or eggs. I don't know what exactly triggered it when I was 5..

I hate your genes too! mine suck! I have the body shape which is round in the stomach.. big ribs.. and TINY hips. (my hips are 32 inches) whenever I eat it goes straight to my stomach and it takes at least two years of working out for muscles to even form there. it's horrible. I take after my granfather and mom

That's how I am (although I decided I wanted to be about 11, before that it was just my nanny's cooking). I would be so skinny if I didn't eat bread, pasta, and candy.

I kind of almost puked over the meat I ate yesterday. But the anemia sucks.

But since I CAN eat meat, you are much worse off. But on the bright side, it's a credit to your self control that you look so great with a diet designed to build fat not muscles. And of course that explains the storing it at abs thing. Although I put muscle on just sick fat abdomenally, I was shocked but the fat I put on first. I went from concave to flat in 2 months of eating breads and things again!!!

Although I adore pale of course, I'm sure you are quite anemic. You have lovely skin. If you want some tips on foods that might balance your diet for energy and to get iron and protien in, I'd be glad to give you some.

I've been meaning to ask you, do you know anything about skin bleaching or anyone who does?
