moving in like 62 days

so when i was in LA i found a place to live. really nice and so close to the school i can walk there. and i will have a balcony. and i dont have to get a roommate...which is awesome, not that i havent enjoyed living with mine its just i didnt want to move in with a stranger.it may be a one bed room but its huge so if anyone dose decide to move out
