As for the phone call if you are on the phone with someone and the phone rings yes it is ok to click over to answer it, As for someone hanging up with you to answer another call that b/s but I have done at times. But not all the time!!!! I have had it done to me and it pissing me off. So I feel your pain girlfriend>
