Kisses?: From women, America will gladly accept, maybe even act a little bit embarrassed before getting cocky and trying to awkwardly make out with you. :| As for men, he might get a little weirded out if he doesn't know you and possibly shove or hit you. Any warming up makes him more accepting of this!
Flirting: He'll flirt back instantly to women, probably be a little confused if you're a guy. But hey, he loves ego boosts, to have at it.
