All of this is what I personally believe for my America muse, and some may actually coincide with actual canon information. But here you go!
1. can play the electric guitar, bass, and trumpet.
2. is terrified of Marmite. Not just the taste, but the jar itself makes him flip out.
3. adding to that, ghosts are the only other thing that scare him outside of politics and his own being.
4. is actually a weeaboo, but doesn't outwardly express it all the time. However, if you hear him go in a conversation about it, it slowly becomes evident how much he appreciates Japan and his things.

50. loves explosions and fireworks and will blow up things in his back yard if he gets too bored.
