Stupid phone

My phone died today.  As in, totally dead.  Possibly short circuited.  Started endlessly rebooting for no reason for an hour or so.  Battery pulls accomplished nothing.  Got the bootloader screen up once to try to do the recovery option and it froze on that.  Had to pull the battery again. Basically, the ultimate case for phones. makes them nearly indestructible, unless you run one over in a car or something.

I love Otterbox, but be more careful with your next phone!
That's not an excuse to be more hazardous with a phone in an Otterbox.
Dropping it - at all - definitely shortens it's life-span and even if the outside looks un-damaged you might have moved something inside!

I have had cell phones for 15+ years never broke one! :)

Yeah, older cellphones are far more durable. Smartphones are just way too fragile for the normal abuse a cellphone takes. I drop it on cement frequently.
