Name: Ozbourne
Astrological Sign: Sagittarius
Does this sign fit you? Why or why not?: Only partially. While I tend to have a lot of the stubbornness associated with my sign, I lack the optimism. I am also pretty sure Sagittarians are supposed to be outgoing and I am very much a loner.
Strengths: I am creative, independent, and determined. I am very good at anything that involves analytical thinking. I am a whiz at puzzles such as word jumbles. I am not afraid to be myself. I am highly curious. I have a decent. albeit usually dry, sarcastic, and often dark sense of humour. I am reasonably intelligent.
Weaknesses: I do not trust people easily at all. I am very much a loner. I tend to be misunderstood and taken as "colder" than I am. I am completely unromantic. I have a bad temper if provoked (and do not like this about myself, especially since I tend to be unsure if I am actually -angry- or it is just some sort of defense mechanism). I do not forgive easily at all and have quite the vengeful streak (whether I actually act on it is another matter). I also have a really sucky immune system.
6 Adjectives to describe you (positive, negative, or neutral): Determined, independent, distrustful, chaotic, unromantic, vengeful.
For these you should probably ask a close friend or family member...
What do people say they like about you? I am creative and good at craft type things. I am witty and good at making snarky comments. I learn things quickly and easily.
What do people say they find irritating about you? I tend to come off as a bit closed-off and self-centered, and can seem kind of "cold" towards others because I have difficulty opening up. I seem kind of paranoid sometimes. I have a bad temper.
Who did you ask to get these answers? Why? Did you have to beat the answers out of them? (This can be taken literally or figuratively.) My mother. And no, fortunately I did not have to get too, er, persuasive with her.
Least favorite race and why: I really do not have one. Much like in real life, I tend to judge individuals rather than cultures as a whole. If I had to choose, maybe the Borg because they really cannot be judged as individuals.
What kind of climate do you enjoy the most? Mild to slightly brisk (think the perfect weather for jeans and a long-sleeved top, maybe a lightweight jacket), not too hot and not too cold. I also prefer it partly cloudy to overcast (as I sunburn very easily).
Describe your typical weekend (or day off if the weekend aren't days off for you): I generally spend time alone, either working on some sort of craft project, drawing, playing video games, getting caught up on anything else I need to catch up on, or hanging out on the Internet. And if the Discovery channel has a marathon on of Mythbusters or something, even better.
What kind of role do you play in your little circle of friends? Are you the artistic one, the smart one, the motherly one, the quiet one...or maybe you play more than one? I really do not have a circle of friends in real life. I have a couple of friends who I see separately on an individual basis. However, in my group of online friends I am the quiet smart one with an artistic streak who tends to be bored a lot.
What kind of role do you play in your family? I really do not play a particular role in my family, at least not one that is solely "mine". Most of my immediate family is fairly artistic and creative in varying ways. My father and I both have the whole "deapan snarker" role down quite well.
I suppose I could call myself the black sheep of the family, although I tend to keep a lot of my differences to myself (especially political and religious views that my parents would look down on as being "wrong". It is not so much a matter of not wanting to disagree as it is not liking to debate and wanting to avoid being lectured.)
Now it's time to analyze. Are you forced into these roles or are they truly your choosing? I suppose it would be a bit of a mix. I cannot (nor would I want to) control the roles that my family and friends fit into or choose for themselves, and the roles I fit into are ones that I do think suit me well enough.
So, somehow you've gotten yourself in a fight. Whether you started it or not is not my business...well, actually, it is. So, did you start it? Why would you or why would you not? And what's your weapon of choice? I probably did not start it. I tend to be rather easy to get along with until I am provoked, then watch out.
My weapon of choice would be my intelligence. I am not physically strong at all but tend to be pretty good at thinking on my feet. I am also not afraid to hit below the belt as far as insults are concerned if I think that the other person deserves it.
Now, if we're talking actual hand-to-hand combat rather than an arguement... again, I would not have been the one to start it. As far as weapons go, if we are talking Trek-verse I would choose something like a phaser. They seem lightweight and easy enough to use without having to get too close-range, and I am not really one for melee combat.
So, if you can't fight these guys hand-to-hand, let's just hope you have a ship of some sort so you can make an easy escape. What's so special about this ship? Is it fast? Is it huge? Does it have great defense? Or perhaps...offense? I would like to have a really good warp drive so that I could get away quickly, and really good shields. Perhaps a cloaking device as well. This tends to fit in with my more avoidant personality.
Though I would also like to have some decent photon torpedoes in case I do get into trouble and need to shoot at someone.
Well, turns out it doesn't matter how great your ship is, because the crew just casted you out. They forced you into a small spacepod and shot you out of the ship in a random direction. Well chum, what will you do now? Try to figure out where I am, first of all. Then I would scan to see what other life is in the area, hoping that either they are friendly or they will just leave me alone until I can get to a station or something. I suppose this is the sort of situation where I would be more thinking on my feet depending on exactly what was going on, and thus I cannot fully predict what I would do. There would be too many variables involved.
Rank these in order from most important to least important:
1) Knowledge
2) Hobbies
3) Yourself/Myself
4) Family
5) Friends
6) Material goods and wealth
7) Religion
8) Love (just not romantic)
Actually "Love" and "Religion" are pretty much both at the bottom together.
Anything else you want to say?: Not really.
