Greetings from...somewhere other than here. Not even gonna make excuses, here's the secrets.

1. This might seem kind of weird, but when I saw this at f!secret a while back I was like "meh." But then I found out more about Saavik's (beta canon) backstory...and now I think they're pretty cool.

4. Okay, but what bothers me is when he acts like a frat boy and also about as dumb as the cliche. And your final statement makes...no sense, I mean, isn't fratboy!Kirk about as discriminating as any Jim? Also, it makes you sound kind of like an asshole.

9. It bothers the hell out of me. I enjoyed my delusions that there was probably just an angstily restrained affection up until Vulcan went, but the commentary of a lot of the actors and such seems to contradict that.

15. Thing is, I have seen way more but probably only remember about as much anon has seen :/ It's hard to find time to go back and rewatch everything, but it's definitely something I need to do.

To which I must add to both you and the OP: THANK GOD IT'S NOT JUST ME.

From the flaming I've been getting on FandomSecrets I was starting to wonder if not liking Nu!U/S was the new, eighth deadly sin. :/ If it is, at least I now have a handful of people sinning with me, and you have no idea how great that makes me feel. :)
