Welcome new friends to my journal and hello again to the old friends who have read this before. This journal now serves the purpose of keeping people updated on my life in Mankato as I go through graduate school. I'll tell you all about the first interesting thing that happens, I promise.

Long time no see!
I just came by to wish an LJ friend happy birthday and thought while I was here I would let you know the good news. I have been accepted into the Counselor Education Doctoral program at Minnesota State University. It starts Fall 2008 and the boyfriend (same one as last time I wrote) is coming with. Hugs and kisses and well wishes.

Am in town for the weekend. In the cities, that is. I have two medical appointments tomorrow and came down on Friday. Oh craziness. The world is craziness, isn't it? My thoughts are swirling with calls that I have taken all day with people talking all frustrated and last night's Big Brother episode and talking with Deborah and blah blah blah. Lah tee dah. Getting ready to go to the cities tomorrow. I have an MRI scheduled for 3pm and then it's all Harry all the time for the weekend. So last night I was walking home from returning my movies and I heard the greatest music. Three people: two banjos and a violin. Out on the stoop of an apartment building.
