no, i had an "engagement" ring, but it wasnt the one that i was gonna wear forever. ya know? complicated, i know. but its not like it was a suprise that we were gonna get married anyways. lol

Ah, okay. My parents kinda did that. My dad had originally gotten my mom a ring, but later on, when he could afford more, he got her a "real" engagement ring for like Christmas or something, and that's the one she wears all the time.

PS- I told Mark about you just getting engaged. He was confused too and asked "Isn't Merinda the one that you're going to be in the wedding and I'm going to be your date to?" lol
