yeah I'v had a lil here and there but it wasn't mine so I didn't eat too much..havn't had a chance to see how they work yet because I'v only taken em today..yep same the other day in the store my dad saw green tea pills and was like soo that's why you drink the tea huh and I was like no dad the tea doesn't say its a diet supplement does it??see..soo yep I get it free too lol thanks it was awesome, not food/weight wise tho :/ <3
