Ok soo, the plan is a yogurt for breakfast*90 cal* and a energy shake for afternoon*100cals*and somehow get out of dinner or atleast eat a tiny tiny bit.  Gonna do some cleaning and chores then workout like yesterday, I'm sore! And prolly gonna end up taking my lil sister and her friend to the pool but atleast it's calories gone and I can tan : ) ( Read more... )
