ok so someone had asked for stomach things to do..and so yeah I took some..here goes:
here's a routine to do:
1. lay flat on your back with your legs flat on the ground too, do a crunch staying flat.
2.bend your legs and keep your feet flat on the ground, like a normal sit up, do a crunch.
3.pick up your legs keepin them in a 90* angle:
