It's cold and I'm confused and I want to lose 10 ... 15 ... 20 kilograms. I am fat. Quite chubby. Not clinically obese, but generally on the fat side. Ugly. So I need to. I go to the gym for around two hours per day, eat around 600 - 800 calories, or about 100 once I discount those "worked off"
Why am I writing this?

& i honestly don't think anything could change that thought.
even if you gained a bazillion kgs,
i don't think i'd have it in me to hate you.
