I don't know what I want for Christmas this year.  I really have no idea.  I would love to have a very nice tablet, but that alone would nix out a nice huge chunk out of the family Christmas funds.  I know I can never be that selfish

to me the holidays are always pretty much ruined because of work... although I guess I'm fortunate even to have the job I do, so I shouldn't complain. Still, it makes it hard to get into the "Christmas spirit"

Maybe you can somehow ask for a fund to go *towards getting you the tablet, even if it's too expensive to get all at once... at least you'd be closer to getting it!
