I've definitely never thought it would be a problem with the COULD. But I've been wondering about the WOULD, incommunicado-girl.

yup yup
3/4 cup soy milk
huge heaped tablespoon nutritional yeast
4 tablespoons wholemeal flour
pinch salt

whisk
dip bread in both sides and fry on oil sprayed pan, turn over fry more

when serving if u want savoury- sprinkle salt and if u like pepper
sweet-dust with sugar n cinnamon

wow. i bet this rocks. i've never seen nutritional yeast in a french toast recipe before. wowzer.

do you ever make pancakes? (the kind that's usually flour, soy milk, baking soda, banana or oil)

the fluffy ones? yup yup but i prefer crepes
i have this cool pikelet recipe i use to make big mcdonalds like pancakes though, makes em awesome n fluffy n stuff :)
