operation hot mama has commenced

so today is day one of operation HM

im done with the frumpies, i am making at least an effort. going go walking with the boys every morning. im tired of just sittin around. hittin the gym every evening. taking care of my appearence, just staying on top of things. What an eye opener one day makes. no more feeling like crappola.
