they definitely do. I personally have many more guy friends than girls b/c girls can be so catty. But when it comes to dating relationships, guys can be very obnoxious. Some just dont take "i'm sorry, i dont like you in that way" as an answer

Yeha I know. Girls can be catty and do alotta behind your back kinda things. And, yeha guys cna be jerky sometimes too. Some of them know it and don't care and some may not know it or know any better. I guess some guys jsut get a little over-exuberant when they see a good-looking girl and they wanna get her and it makes them lose IQ points and then thats when the "no" answer doesn't register.
