I know it's much easier said than done, but let it go. You're letting yourself define your emotions by what you think other people might be thinking about you, when in fact you really don't know and might not find out. It's all frustrating, but just treat today like a new day. It's Spring! I'm pretty damn busy but I'd be up for a coffee date - might be nice for some new energy in our lives (...or very old energy...? I'm not even sure anymore).
