Sitting on the couch of Brad and Aly's house. We're watching Elf with them and their daughter Genevieve. Also following the Seahawks game. They're kicking ass.

We spent most of the day helping my parents get ready for tomorrow. Then we went downtown and had a drink and a snack at Pike Place Market.

Sam butt has the VA home loan he can use. You can always move back once he gets out. :) NO MONEY DOWN, NO MORTGAGE INSURANCE.

Sam does want to move back here. He's been saying we should buy a duplex and rent out the other half. He's also been checking regular house prices and job postings here.

I will say hi to Shannon and Reney for you. Reney noticed your absence from Facebook, but she thought you deleted her. The two of them hung out last night.

Steve's in Virginia with his family for Christmas, but he said he'd be back before New Years so we're gonna go down and see him then. I'll tell him you said hi too.
