I quit my job. My boss was abusive. His idea of management was yelling. Yelling and telling people they could quit and it wouldn't matter to him. His management experience comes from running his family restaurant. I tried to tell him many times that telling servers that they need to shape up or they can be replaced is one thing. I don't agree with
