You are saying that this law would outlaw birthcontrol and criminalize miscarriages. I don't know what site or organization you found that information on, but it doesn't make sense. Birth control prevents fertilization of eggs. No fertilized eggs= no personhood. Miscarriages are acts of God, and are no fault of the mother. She does not choose, or cause herself to have a miscarriage. The only way they could charge a mother according to this law is if they could prove that she intentionally caused her self to miscarry. The organization who is fighting this is fighting this based on abortion alone.
