I took my friend darktower13 to the Predators game Friday night.  I haven't seen him to really spend time with him in years.  I have missed him.  It was really good to see him again.  He had never been to a Preds game.  I think he liked it.  :)  Talking Raccoon behaved wonderfully for us.  Very toddler, but a very well-behaved toddler.  I love my baby!

Talking Raccoon loved the game last night. He was cranky toward the end of it, but it was way past his bedtime. It didn't help that he had just come from his grandparents and I don't think they make him behave the way I do. I have to share another baby story....

Talking Raccoon has been going with me to the Chriopractor.  The American Association of Pediatric Medicine has been suggesting that you take young children to chiros to help prevent ear infections.  Every time we have been there, he screams when he sees Dr. Stewart, and REALLY lets go when he works on me.  ( Read more... )

I haven't had any pain medication since Saturday night.  I am doing really well.  I found out last night how easily my nose will bleed now....  I had just sprayed the saline in my nose and gently blew it as I was instructed to do by the doctor.  Nosebleed started.  It only lasted maybe 5 minutes though, so it wasn't bad.

No pain meds for 2 whole days. The splints and packing all come out tomorrow afternoon. I may need the meds after that.....

I know I posted about this a long time ago, but I didn't give a reminder.  I had surgery yesterday on my sinuses.  They straghtened my septum and removed part of my turbinates.  I am not in as much pain as I thought I would be, but Lortab is helping with that.  I have only taken 2.5 of them since I got home, a whole one at bedtime last night and ( Read more... )
