okay, I'm watching "Friends" and for the FIRST time EVER I find Ross Actually Funny! it's amazing! never knew it could happen.

i keep forgetting that Sandra Oh's character in Gray's Anatomy went to Smith. YEAH SHE DID.

so i went to the gym today, and they kicked my ass. Literally, they beat me up. I changed into my workout clothes, put on my workout shoes, walked into this room full of mini-bicycles and proceeded to be beaten to within an INCH of my life. some people call it Spin class, I call it where the fuck did THOSE muscles come from?!?!
