Once upon a merry time (some 28 months ago), I left the happy land of LiveJournal to wander around the intertubes for the--seemingly--greener pastures of myspace.

Well, I've decided to attempt a return to LiveJournal. Because, really:

First off, nice LJ icon. :)

Secondly: How the hell do they calculate a rent decrease for that one extension? That makes no sense. None at all.

It truly had me baffled most of yesterday. I called today to make sure that they got it right and they confirmed it. I sign my new (cheaper) lease on Saturday. It's as if my apartment suddenly came with free high speed internet.

I thought your rhyming was pretty good. Maybe the rent is decreasing because their wits have been depleting since they moved to Texas. And if they lived their all their life...? It makes sense to me.

Yay LJ. If it weren't for Heather Pamula and Celene, I don't know that I'd check this at all.
