my NYE was pretty epic, spent with great friends, booze and rachel leigh cook. however, since then, my sleep schedule has been pretty fuckt; knocking out no earlier than 5am on average. i heard something on the radio not too long ago getting a session of continuous sleep of six hours or more is one of the best things. i think it was six hours.
