House/Cameron is the new H/G, I swear

WHY was everyone so pissed off at Wilson? I mean, no, I understand (I guess) why they were angry. But honestly, Wilson's kind of a hero here; House punched Chase. That's the bottom line. I mean, technically, Chase could file charges for assault. Not to mention, he endangered the life of a little girl. And I get that it was because he was in pain because he had no vicadin, but it's not like I saw anybody else thinking up a solution to the problem.

Plus, House was taking people down with him. What's so wrong with Wilson wanting to save his job? You know, that thing he only went through years of medical training for and that's pretty much his livelihood. I mean, House was accusing him of missing his job and his bank account and all and I was like, 'Damn right he does!' And it's not like House has helped him out at all throughout this whole thing, he has been acting like a complete junkie. And if he can't see that, then everyone around him should have.

Seriously, though, I'd kinda gotten used to Cameron by now, she was doing ok. I still think she's kind of a tool and that any chemistry they're trying to say she has with House is completely contrived, but I could kind of ignore it. And then she's all 'but your motives were IMPURE!' And I'm like, (once again) 'Damn right they were, and mine would have been, too.' Honestly, they actually tried to make it look like her attack on Wilson was justified, but she really just came across as this self-righteous brat who I sort of just wanted to strangle. With green and red pipe cleaners to match the holiday spirit. :)

And Cuddy getting mad at him made absolutely no sense, and that's sort of become a trend with her character. I mean, I guess I can understand her being sort of irritated on a surface level since she is Wilson's superior and he didn't aske her first, but HOUSE PUNCHED AN EMPLOYEE. He is getting other employees, Cuddy's best Oncologist no less, put out of their jobs and destroying the lives of the co-workers around him. And she's mad because they could lose 'the best doctor the hospital has.' That's sort of like how everyone said for all those years that they couldn't kill Mulder because they'd turn 'one man's mission into a crusade.' Some excuse the producers have thought of to have Cuddy cover House's ass. Because it really doesn't matter whether they have the best doctor there or not if they don't have any other doctors and Cuddy at least, should have known that. I'm sorta thinking it must have been because both Cuddy and Cameron were female and so the makers of the show felt like they should be the ones to get all emotional about it. Which made sense on Cameron, but not on Cuddy. Which, btw, why is Cameron supposed to suddenly be a stronger person when it comes to House? She's still as obsessed with him as she ever was, she's just not acting like a love-sick puppy. Actually, it's reminding me of H/G and making me feel pukish.

Aaaaaaaalso, Cuddy/Wilson is my new favorite ship, and I wish they'd do more with Chase. Foreman had an amazing arc; Cameron has had a few that haven't been as strong but have been more numerous. Chase had that stupid episode about his dad and pretty much nothing else. I mean, clearly, he's a good actor, I thought he did an excellent job with that punching scene. They're just not doing anything with his character. So, yes. Um...that's all on House.
