I've been buying back packages of old Infocom games as collectors items, trying to find high quality boxes that were well cared for and have all the original included feelies.

Today I arrived home to find a pristine edition of Leather Goddesses of Phobos waiting for me, complete with a scratch & sniff card that still has detectable odor on it. ( Read more... )

Well, I currently own around a dozen of the original games:
The Enchanter Trilogy Box, with Enchanter, Sorcerer, and Spellbreaker, although Sorcerer is missing a feelie.
Planetfall, but just the feelies and documents, not a full box.
The Witness, although it's currently in transit.
Cutthroats, two copies, one moldy and incomplete, the other still shrinkwrapped and sealed.
Wishbringer, complete in box.
Ballyhoo, complete in box.
Hollywood Hijinx, in box but missing the swizzle stick.
Leather Goddesses, complete in box.
Moonmist, complete in box.
The Lurking Horror, complete in box.
Sherlock, in transit.

Of course, I have all the game files on my PC, and scanned and photographed copies of everything available, but there's something about holding the physical goods that makes it that much more real.
