Yes, Sarah Paulson played one of Lynette's sisters. :) Just a couple of scenes in an episode, but it was fantastic seeing her there.

Kayla was the perfect amount of evil, so scheming for her age. It would be nice to get some sort of reference to her in later episodes, like if she's still the same in that sort of way.

I haven't seen that much of her, but I love how she and Flicka are bffs. They apparently played sisters twice. Oh, and Carrie Preston played her other sister, and she was also Flicka's sister in Transamerica. She definitely had something to say about casting there. :)

The return of Kayla, Kayla strikes again. Not going to lie, that would make a fantastic storyline. Especially just seeing Lynette and Kayla going at it again, both wanting to be in control.

SOLID GOLD. I miss Kayla a lot, actually. I think one of my favorite scenes was when Tom when to chemo with Lynette and he gets all teary eyed and she kicks him out for taking a trip down memory lane and letting her win the card game.
"Honey, I'm your ride."
*cute floppy hand gesture* "I'll take a cab."
"There's that trooper I was talking about."

We need more Kayla. The actress did such a fine job and the character was pure evil. We should magically let her grow a couple of years, so that she will fit with the time jump.

He was really fun in that scene. I wouldn't really want to get depressed during such times either, distractions are nice. The cancer scene with the possum was so sad, though. Poor possum. :(

I check her imdb profile once in a while, just to see if she's recently been in anything else. She was just that fantastic.

Omg, yes! That was terribly sad. When she notices and she just cries, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Guh. That tugged at the heart strings, for sure.

Oh, has she? I completely agree.

Yes! Plus, the music they played with it was sooo sad. I love when her face transcends and she just looks so strong in spite of the disease.

I didn't really like how Lynette acted in the hurricane ep, I think I prefer "Bang" from the previous season.

Oh, I don't think I give season 4 enough credit. It just reminds me of the introduction of Katherine Mayfair and all I can think of is "yuuuuck". Bahaha. It had great moments, though ( ... )

It's so sad that they made the tree house their little cancer free zone. Just the look on her face after she climbs down, sigh.

I love Lynette's curiousity and how she asks questions she genuinely seeks the answer to. It was pretty cute.

The time jump messed things up, but not enough for us to stop watching? I don't know, I don't think it was a horrible idea, but I would have rolled with it a little differently. I remember not liking seeing "5 years later" pop up, with those "shocking" moments after. Ugh.

She doesn't really disappoint, that's why. :) Thank you. (Your comments make me happy.)

I am totally clogging up your inbox with comment notifications right now. I can feel it. (You love it.)

Season 4. I don't really know how I feel about season 4, to be honest. I remember enjoying it a lot when it was actually on, but now that I'm seeing it all laid out here, I'm just kinda "eh" about the whole thing. But it had its moments, though, for sure. Like, uh, the CHARADES NINJA. And Brandy! I would have no objections if Brandy decided to make another appearance on the Lane one of these days ( ... )

Clog all the way, dear.

Brandy, the slutty, bloated, pregnant cheerleader? I concur! Anyway, if I remember correctly, re-watching season 4 a while back with some friends, I thought it had a lot of fun moments where the cast got to interact again. It definitely focused a lot on marriages, though.

The possum scene is so sad. And yes, Lynette and Tom's marriage stayed pretty strong considering the turn of events. Take that, cancer and Kayla, demon child. Oh, and TORNADO. (And Bree who tried to steal Lynette away from Tom. Wait, maybe I just imagined that.)

I just loved that cap too much. I couldn't really have been happier about the Lindquist sisters. I wish they would have had more scenes with the Scavo family as a whole.

(Once again, I am.)

Their love is stronger than disease, satanic children, AND a natural disaster. Boom. Automatically better than everyone else in the world.

Mayhaps they will come back someday? I WOULD SO BE ON BOARD WITH THAT.

I don't give them enough credit for that. It's stronger than working together (more than once), opening up a restaurant together, etc. They stay put.

ME TOO. We need a big Scavo family dinner party. That would be so much fun.
