ACQUAINTANCES
Torn - Harry remembers him from before. He's okay, just kind of a stiff, and understandably so.
Jackie - Friends with Walter, but seems to genuinely want to help Walter. Harry doesn't much approve, but his forgiving nature has permitted him to want to assist Jackie a bit by providing information that Jackie doesn't otherwise have. Recently, Jackie has pretty much pissed off Harry with his selfish actions, but Harry still attempts to be helpful.
Ashelin - She kind of reminds him of Cybil. Eventually has become a daughter figure.
Nicholas D. Wolfwood - They've spoken before, but aren't very close. Still, Harry is curious about him.
Roxas - Seems like a good kid, although a bit obscure.
Sora - Good kid that means well, although Harry and him haven't spoken at length in quite some time.
FRIENDS/ALLIES
Sweeney Todd - Harry's pretty pissed about the whole "killing a little girl" matter, but he still considers Sweeney a friend; he harbors to the idea that Sweeney can and eventually will change for the better. Several months ago, Sweeney had helped Harry once in rescuing someone dear to Harry, so chances are that's where their friendship began to root.
Lucy Barker - Sweeney's crazy wife. Harry's been entrusted to watch her. He's trying his best to help her.
Barret Wallace - They're both single dads with adopted kids and a metallic arm THEY FIGHT CRIME; this alone allows them to get along fantastically. It's an unusual relationship where Harry doesn't need to exchange words much with him to understand him and get along. While Barret is direct and organized and Harry is neither of those things, Barret also has a terrible temper and Harry is the most patient son of a bitch in the world. They kind of balance each other out that way.
Mona Lisa - Although they don't speak much on a personal level, Mona is still a good friend.
James Sunderland - Although Harry and James didn't meet under the best of terms (as James accidentally hit Harry in the face with a plank), they've begun to develop a decent friendship with one another. They have a few too many things in common, in Harry's opinion.
Maria - A mysterious woman who looks like Mary, James' late wife. She seems to mean well, though. Harry failed to protect her from Walter, sadly, but she doesn't seem to harbor this against him.
Eileen Galvin - An unfortunate woman targeted by Walter not ONCE, but TWICE. Harry thinks she's a sweet young woman.
Chris Redfield - Good man with a head on his shoulders.
Iroh - A good man and teacher. Very wise. Harry completely trusts him.
Demyx - Kind of an oddball, but Harry likes him well enough. Does not appreciate being called Superior by him, though.
Zexion - Clever and sharp; although Harry has a decent comprehension of the kind of person he is, he trusts him anyway.
Zelda - A young woman tormented by her role in the 21 Sacraments. Harry feels protective of her.
Cynthia Velasquez - She's been around almost as long as Harry has in Discedo. They started off rocky enough, but after Cynthia turned into her victim state, Harry did his best to keep her company. They're oddly close due to this and Harry's unique state of being.
Balthier - Clever young man. Harry respects his opinion. One of the few that keeps Harry's head on straight. Very supportive (and insistent) about Harry and Simon getting back together.
Marlene Wallace - Barret's daughter. Harry cares greatly for her and feels responsible for not protecting her properly.
Nani Pelekai - A close friend who has tried to talk sense into Harry. She might as well be family.
Lilo Pelekai - Sharp-witted young girl. Harry thinks she's incredibly charming.
Zuko - Iroh's nephew. Harry hasn't spoken to him much, but cares on principle since he's friends with Iroh.
Sokka - Smart kid. Harry likes him.
Miles Edgeworth - Harry thinks he's egotistical and a bit impractical sometimes, but seems to have the best of intentions. They're one-armed buddies. Came back with no memories.
Simon Tam - Someone Harry has great respect for -- and also strong feelings. Sometime ago, Simon and Harry had been involved, although after Simon disappeared and reappeared, those memories were gone. They're friends again, and Simon understands what they were before. Harry still loves him, but has no expectations of them being involved again, thus can be a bit guarded about how to speak to the doctor. They've openly admitted recently that they care deeply about each other, but have yet to officially agree on being a couple.
Winry Rockbell - Talented young woman with machinery. She made Harry's left automail arm after Al and Ed's initial prototype.
Azure Kite - An A.I. program with a body or something. Dang technology these days. Harry has entrusted him to help in figuring out just what the hell Harry is.
Holly Summers - Intelligent young woman who happens to also be an assassin. Harry has requested her help at least once before.
ADOPTED
Razputin Aquato - Raz has been around for awhile with Harry. Cute kid, talented, although a bit over eager sometimes. Father-son relationship.
Alphonse Elric - In spite of Al's state of being, Harry cares greatly for him and feels horridly guilty for what Walter did to him. He hugs Al even though the armor isn't too comfortable. Harry completely respects Al's brilliance and maturity. Father-son relationship.
Edward Elric - Good kid, Al's older brother. Sharp-witted, a little more abrasive than Al. Harry hugs him even though Ed hates it. Father-son relationship, albeit very unspoken.
Linda - She's a bit of an airhead, but Harry thinks she means well and is quite sweet. Father-daughter relationship.
Ty Lee - Very talented acrobat and sweet girl. Father-daughter relationship.
Yorda - Practically a pure soul. Talking to her seems to ease Harry's distressed heart. Father-daughter relationship.
Kadaj - He's... an odd one, to be sure. For awhile, Harry felt animosity towards him, then pity, and has since been trying to understand him and help him develop into a better man. Father-son, sort of.
Pearl Fey - Adorable and intelligent little girl with a unique gift. Pearl insists that he should be with his "special someone", much against Harry's judgement. Father-daughter relationship.
Laura - Although many could consider he a brat, Harry thinks she's charming. Father-daughter, kinda. She lives next door to Harry.
River Tam - She's ... troubled and reminds Harry quite a bit of Alessa. He's known her before, regardless of whether or not she remembers him. It's a skewed father-daughter/brother-sister relationship, considering Harry is still unsure where he stands with Simon.
Chii - Incredibly cute, although she has no common sense. Does not approve of her friendship with Walter. Father-daughter relationship.
Ness - Kid with a strong heart and a huge responsibility in his world. Harry is very supportive of him.
FOES/UNDECIDED/UNKNOWN
Azula - Destructive and potential danger to Ty Lee, but she's young and troubled. Harry has the mixed feelings of wanting to punch her or help her.
Walter Sullivan - Killed several people. Although Harry pities him, he currently does not forgive him and loathes what has happened considering several people Harry cared for greatly were killed by him. Given the chance, Harry would probably beat the crap out of him. Gone.
Malik - Trouble and did something rather inappropriate on the comlinks. Gross, Mal, there are kids around. Gone.
Nightmare - Nothing but chaos. Harry wouldn't mind throwing him to prison and seeing him rot. Gone.
Larxene - Months ago, she kidnapped someone important to Harry and tortured this person. Larxene no longer remembers these events, but Harry still harbors a strong grudge.
Solid Snake - Apparently Ty Lee is crushing on him. Harry can't help but instinctively NOT APPROVE as the unofficial father and all.
Evil King Stan - Doesn't seem all that evil to Harry and more amusement than anything. Enjoys arguing with him. Seems harmless to Harry. Doesn't understand why Linda crushes so hard on him.
Yzma - Odd older woman, but can be reasoned with, in Harry's opinion. But, her intentions aren't much good.
[ooc: Considering Harry knows SO MANY DAMNED PEOPLE don't be offended if you aren't listed; chances are, I just forgot. So comment here if you think you should be listed.]
