1. Duplicate base & Set to SCREEN @ 100%.

2. Create A New Layer & fill with #77bfdb. Set to DARKEN @ 24%,

3. Create A New Channel Mixer Layer & Use these settings:

RED

R: 112%
G: -17%
B: 3%

GREEN

R: -8
G: 103
B: -8

BLUE

R: 6
G: -6
B: 98

4. Create A New Color Balance Layer & use these settings:

Midtones:
11, 25, 67

Highlights:
0, 0, -40

Shadows:
-32, -21, 35

5. Create A New Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer & use these settings:

Saturation: 23
