Aww! Will miss your art, but I can sympathize with falling slowly away from most artistic outlets. Me, I'm trying to get into indie game developing. What about you, any thoughts on new projects?

Hope your health and your father's health improve!

Digital games? Or the tabletop kind?

I'm still sort of working out where I want to go from here, creatively. I can't say for certain I'll never pick up a pencil/tablet again, but the last couple of years I've been feeling less and less interested in drawing or art in general. The passion sort of burned off that I once had.

I'm hoping to find some kind of direction soon though. I might give another try at seeing what I can do with website design, but for certain I'll be looking for part time work again. Which is fairly embarrassing at this late stage, but has to be done.

Thanks for the well wishes though :)

Digital! I'm working on a WebGL-type game, 2D simple lines 'n dots thingy.

Nothing wrong with looking for work, part time or otherwise, times have been pretty tough all around. Just don't be a stranger and let us all know how your search goes. };)

Artwise, I haven't done much in a while but I hope to get some more art done when I finally get a pressure-sensitive pen for this tablet! I figure it'll save over markers in the long run, since markers are forever running dry.

Good to hear from you.
A lot of us are in the same boat. Sometimes the racket of everyday life makes it hard to hear your own thoughts.

I really want to want to do art. But it doesn't happen. What does it mean? I feel so incredibly sad when I think about not doing art forever, yet I don't do any.
