Comcast ploy or hiccup?

Anyone having problems with Comcast cable? It's happened a couple times today that I'm watching one channel when suddenly it changes to CSPAN without me doing anything and then disallows all commands from the remote control. It eventually reverts back to the channel I was watching but not after annoying the crap of me for a few minutes
