So, I have two simple rules when it comes to voting. First, do it drunk - it seems more meaningful if you have something to take the edge off - and second, don't ever vote "against" anyone. Make sure your vote is intended to have positive consequenses on your nominee. Here's my easy-to-follow three-step process:

Really? John McCain? Can you explain his healthcare plan? Because he can't. He also said (and has shown) that he doesn't understand the economy. Also, he's got a history of health problems and, if elected, would be the oldest person to assume the office. So, with a complete absurdity of a VP candidate... I mean... terrifying. Truly. There's nothing about his candidacy that makes sense to me right now and I've definitely been trying to find it.
