I am so very lucky to work in the office that I do... No one uses this type of language! (except sometimes the people calling in while I'm on the switchboard)

Да, наверно такой жаргон как раз должен процветать в пафосных местах, особенно если там работает много людей holding graduate degrees in business and social sciences.
