At the moment, you can tell my story seperately from my lover's story. That's simply due to not having spent years together, yet. *grin* Hooray for being in love, and better still just loving.

new love has great potential for being great love.

the entertwining of our story started many years before we actually became a couple. I will try to get that story posted soon. I have been promising it for many years.

Good. Please do.

Chris was actually my birthday present last year. I keep telling the friend who introduced us she's hard-up to beat that present. Seems strange, not in a bad way, that I have a specific date as This Is When I Met And Knew He Existed, and that we haven't actually known each other for years as I get in the habit of thinking.

I have to remind myself that no, no he didn't actually know me when I did [this]. And the occasional gusty sigh of relief _that_ brings! Whew! *laughs*

hahahahahaha. The story of Spydrman and I is quite the saga. It can't really be summed up in a paragraph or two, it takes pages. ;)

Huh. I skimmed, and then stopped to read more carefully a second time. You may be right. It doesn't make me feel like less of an individual to have my name linked to T's.... *smiles*

being married should never change how much of an individual you are. If it does, something is seriously wrong. That is not to say that marriage shouldn't change who you are, having a lot of support should help strengthen your ability to become more of yourself than you were before it. ;)

Hepburn and Tracy.

Those are the two I think of when I think of "Great Love".

that is a good one. :) there are several.

Taylor and Burton are also on that list. So are Sonny and Cher.

They may have divorced, but they remained super close regardless. So I think that qualifies them as great love.

For that matter, there is also Queen Elizabeth the II and Prince Phillip.

Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt.

Nancy and Ron Reagan.

Napoleon and Josephine.

Siouxsie and Budgie.

Deborah Harry and Chris Stein.

:D there are SO many.
