hmmm.. Today marked Day 1 of this Grapefruit Diet my mom and i are on..& let me say- it sucks! i don't really wanna go into detail, but i dont like it very much! i dont know if i can stay on this for 2 weeks but i know im not doing MORE than that.. also, everynight me and Kristen are going running & tonight we ran 2 miles! :) i'm proud of myself..
