someone stole my wallet today, had 20 bucks in it, my license, blockbuster card, american eagle gift card, pump start card at QT and i went to get a new license but they want me to make an appointment with the doctor bfore i can get it, and i found that out after 45 minutes of waiting

why would you have to have an appointment with the doctor before you got your license??

bc i have a medical condition that can affect my driving and i have to basically have a physical saying that im fit to drive and my disability is under control...thats why
