Well today is June 20th and the question is whether we'll get an announcement soon about George R.R. Martin's long delayed book, A Dance With Dragons. As my fellow long-time but not so silent sufferers well know, George is about to begin his fantasy convention travel season.

You know, it's really telling that when you check out Martin's website, the sample chapters are years old, and the last mention of ADWD was to say he hadn't finished it yet and missed another deadline, and yet, yet, he just put up a new sample for Wild Cards and updates his list of convention trips regularly.

I'm glad there's another place to bitch about his lazy, fatass.

Also, money on his skulking like last year after he misses the deadline. At best we'll get another post where he acts all sad and dissapointed, won't let anyone comment on it, and then talks about what a great trip he just had a day later.

Maybe we need to start an online petition and send it to all Sci-fi/Fantasy convention organizers. "We, the undersigned, politely request that you stop inviting George R R Martin to any more conventions until he has finished 'A Dance With Dragons'. Thank you."

i hope you will update often,if you have no topics to write,why not make it like George.you can try to sell your childhood trash.books,hooks.or write about football.
