I'd wake up at 5am for that. Acadia is probably tops on my list of "local" places to go, but I'd want to go for more than just a weekend since it's kinda far

We'd come with you to go to Mt. Greylock.... or Bar Harbor... but like you said, it would be longer than just a weekend trip. At least a 4-day weekend if nothing else.
