Not only have i removed an ingrown toenail this morning, but I just coughed so much (coffee went down the wrong pipe) that I popped out two of my hernias simultaneously. With a bit of luck, I'll have my hernia trifecta in play by lunch. It's gonna be a good day apparently. -
