I was bored at work today, so I scribbled down this little poem. I'm well aware that no one cares, but it's all right because I do, and dammit, it's my journal. It's not much, but it's the only real writing I've done in ages. er...woot?

Today feels like one of those days whose sole purpose seems to be to make up for the mess a few of its fellows made.

So, as soon as I finish this work I've got to get done, I have a date with the lovely light outside.

Isn't it nice to wake up and taste only sweetness?

I don't know why, but if there is one thing in the world that I can't abide, it's the knowledge that I'm right and someone doesn't agree. It seems petty, I suppose, but it aggravates me to an insane degree. I don't get mad that often, not really, unless it involves this sort of thing.

It's funny- yesterday, looking over my stack of college paperwork, I thought I was fairly set on IU. Today, I sat down and looked over NEU's programs and such. Now I think I'm fairly set on NEU. My offical acceptance to Indiana University came in the mail today. I've looked over all their stuff again, just because, and it keeps looking better and better. IU is actually really amazing.
