Winter Park used to have a blue sign at the town limits that said, "Welcome to Winter Park. Please drive with extraordinary care."
Except the signs were the exact same shade of blue as a certain brand of tape (think painter's tape and you're not far off), and someone used to take great glee in taping over the "with" and the "e" in care.
Since Winter Park tended to have some of the more upscale ppl living there, it was funneh. :)
It was actually kind of fun trying to imagine what the panel was for. My first thought was "homosexuals welcome" - or at least something along those lines. ;) Whoever the graffiti artist was, they were GOOD.
