So I'm all done with my surgery (it was yesterday at 3:30) and all is well. Am waiting to be discharged. I am sore but feeling OK otherwise. According to my surgeon, my lymph nodes appeared to be negative (free of cancer cells); the official pathology results will be available next Friday, at which time we'll know for sure ( Read more... )

Glad it went better. I think the helpful energy is a part of it, but perhaps also you had a bit less anxiety to deal with because you've done it before? I know that sounds terrible to say, but...

Hope you are home soon. What is the recovery like? I gather you're not stuck on bedrest, but how "about" is your "up and about" at this point?
