A rush to the hospital very late Saturday night April 1, 1961; so rushed there is no time for an apeasiotomy and heavy breathing is demanded to wait for the doctor. Waiting long enough for it to no longer be April Fool's Day and become Easter Sunday. And then with no tearing, there you are 6 lbs 10 oz, falling into the just arriving doctor's arms. I hear the nurse saying "she" from a distance and call out, "did you say she, are you kidding me?" After hearing "here is your baby boy" three times before, I can't wait to know. She approaches, "here is your baby girl", the most beautiful 6 lbs 10 oz ever produced. Euphoria...
