yesterday when win and i were at the dog park, some asshat broke into my car and stole my school bag, including my macbook, textbooks, notes, and keys for school. some amazing guy found my bag, sans laptop and textbooks

Yeah, thankfully everything over $500 is covered by insurance... Got the window replaced for $150, books will be almost $200, so I'll only have to pay $150 for another computer. But boy I'd really rather have my old one back... Sad to think that all the pics I took my first semester of vet school are gone, minus the tiny versions I have online... :(
