13%I box too. When I work the heavy bag I listen to Sinead O'Connor's I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got as I pounding away for the duration of the album with only short breaks for water & a dozen quick abdominal crunches in between songs. It's fifty minutes long, though I warm up on the first song & cool down on the last.
Last night the gym's sound system was broken so I grimly punched in heavy silence. It just wasn't the same.
Normally I lift three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) then box three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday) - mostly just the heavy bag followed by a few rounds on the speed bag. I haven't been swimming much lately though I add in 20 minutes of stairmaster at least twice a week (usually following weight lifting sessions).
It seems like a lot when I write it but it really isn't. I still have some fat I want to burn. I'll just have to work harder.
