"the swarthy indie rock stylings"? I've never heard music described as "swarthy" before. This is an adjective my mind usually reserves for pirates and swashbucklers. I'm officially curious enough to look up this band to see what Pirate Music sounds like.

I can try to post some "samples" for you to check out. I have one of their songs off their latest album available for listening in my Facebook profile. Don't hold it against the band though, if some Internet douchebag abused and misused an adjective that you feel is solely pirate-themed!

That's a weird-ass adjective to describe the band. I wouldn't think of them that way at all, especially because the lead singer has kind of a reedy voice.
