I'm becoming convinced that we're in some sort of evil weather version of the movie Groundhog Day and and we don't even get the benefit of having Bill Murray around.

yeah, so the national weather service suggested that we drink lots of fluids. that's really good advice. we'd better follow that suggestion.

I've been doing that and I just keep ending up drunk and even more dehydrated am I doing something wrong?
