Joe is in a lot of pain. He has a constant drip of morphine, in which they just had to increase the doseage again today. This is the second or third time that they have had to do it now. He is also still taking pain pills by mouth, but that doesn't seem to be doing much good any more either. He started to sleep alot more, even more than he used

sometimes it's about closure, but you will do what you have to.
